The Court of Justice shall serve as a dependable place of refuge for people encountering difficulties or disputes.
∙ PromoteAlternativeDisputeResolutionmethodsthroughoutthecourtproceedings to facilitate reconciliation and minimize expenses for the involved parties
∙ Implement measures to facilitate convenient and timely access to justice for the public
∙ Reform the redundant administrative or bureaucratic procedures hindering the court’s efficient public service
∙ Collaborate with both public and private sectors to enhance the efficiency and expediency of case adjudication and judgment enforcement
