In 2024, the Thai economy has recovered better thanks to the tourism sector, import sector and economic stimulus measures during the end of the year. However, the expansion rate was still in low level compared to other countries worldwide, particularly, the automotive industry sector which slowed down due to lower purchasing demand and contraction of the private sector investment from the reduction in investment in machineries and tools from a decline in sales of the internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. The expansion of the agricultural sector also dropped. However, the outlook for the Thai economy is expected to improve in 2025 after the announcement of the interest rate reduction policy at the end of the previous year and the support measures from the public sector expenditures. It is also expected that the inflation rate will improve.

of the Company, which was in accordance with the Company’s operational plans that have been improved and developed continually and due to the support from the end of the debt moratorium measures. Consequently, the number of vehicles confiscated in the auction business has increased, even though the auction completion rate and the average auction completion prices of the vehicles slowed down in some periods of the year pursuant to the market conditions and the stringency of loan approval in accordance with the Responsible Lending Measures of the financial institutions. During 2024, the Company held various events periodically to stimulate the auction activities, both from the purchasers and the sellers, and opened a new auction building, named “AUCT Place” under the concept of “New Sustainable Journey” to convey the convergence concept of sustainable development and journey through various experiences over the past 33 years with professional services.
