Cape May Stage is housed in the Robert Shackleton Playhouse on Lafayette Street in Cape May. The intimate theater is named after the late actor Robert Shackleton, whose family has deep roots in Cape May. Now in its 45th season, East Lynne formerly focused on revivals of older shows. Today, East Lynne proclaims to be a theater of the American past, present, and future, dedicated to telling the stories of all Americans.
