Perhaps you would like a little slower pace but would still like to have some fun in the water. There are plenty of other aquatic activities to suit you. The newest rage on the water is stand-up paddle boarding (SUP). No waves needed. An extra long and thicker board with greater stability is used, while the paddler stands on the board using a long handled paddle to propel themself. It is easy to learn and while you are having fun you are accidently getting a nice little workout in.
