The sale will be conducted in English. Bidding is carried out in Indonesian Rupiah. vAll sales are subject to the conditions printed in this catalog and the attention of all interested parties is drawn to this infor- mation.
All bidders are considered to have reviewed and acknowledged the condition of the lots therefore win- ning bidders are liable to settle the payment on hammer price including premium in full. Cancellation of bids are not permitted and failure to settle will result in legal action and penalties.
Sidharta Auctioneer only acknowledges bidders as registered in the registration form. Invoices will be issued under the bidder’s name as stated therein. Sidharta Auctioneer does not acknowledge any form of agreements between registered bidders and other parties. Payment of successful bids must be settled by the registered bidders, as the party responsible in bidding in the auction.
