What made Dhaval so special and dear to everyone’s heart was his ability to think, speak and act right. The best came out of him since he had only one wish – to serve the Divine. We all have our own strengths and our own weaknesses. But as a leader, Dhaval knew
how to get the best out of everyone. He was not prejudiced about anyone. He would
not flatter or favour anyone just to please someone. He could think macro and micro both. He could get in the extreme detailing
and still not forget the big picture. No work
was too small for him to do himself. If something had to be done, it had to be done.
While he was a go-getter, he still cared for
the smallest needs of his team. God made him resourceful and he generously used the resources for anyone and everyone’s need. Since the 2016 event, such large events become more and more often for the Mission and so did my interactions with Dhaval. We had big plans, we shared common dreams. Our tuning was perfect. And we had loads to do together.
But destiny has taken Dhaval to another path. It’s completely our loss, it’s my personal loss. Only after he left, I am realising how much
I needed him; how much I loved him. The soul came rich (with qualities) in this birth named Dhaval and has left even richer. The soul must be on his path to become One with the Divine and at an even faster speed. I miss him too much. But I do not wish to miss him to feel sad and lonely.
I wish to remember him for his qualities. After all, the memory of such great ones shouldn’t be one that brings remorse, sadness; his memory should only be my source of happiness and strength.

Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur
Being a part of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission,
I know that there’s no one who wouldn’t know of Dhaval, no one who wouldn’t hold him in great esteem and no one who wouldn’t want a chance to offer seva to the Lord along with Dhaval.
The trump card of Dhaval was the single pointed focus of serving the Divine. As the main coordinator of the social services of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission, he had great resources to enable meaningful contributions to the society and hence a great responsibility too. And the proof that he did that amazingly well are there for all to see.
I have had amongst my best seva times
with Dhaval. I got to know him closely
in the year 2016 during the seva of the 50th birth anniversary celebrations of our Gurudev.
Our team was in charge of the guest management for the event – it entailed everything right from planning how many to invite, whom to invite, the invitation cards, tracking the RSVPs, their experience during the event till post event communication. During those 3 to 4 months, Dhaval, Bijalben and I were together for almost entire days.
