CLUB'S 100% CONTRIBUTION is $5 per member based on July 1 membership. Designate the check for “100%”.
MEMORIALS may be in any amount. Indicate the recipient and to whom the acknowledgement should be sent.
LIFE MEMBERSHIP in the LS&TF is $100 per person (with a plaque, it is $125). Indicate the recipient.
THE WILLIAM S. HARRIS MEMORIAL AWARD IN THE LS&TF IS $250 for the Bronze award plaque. Designate the check for “William S Harris Award” and designate the recipient.
THE PETE ANDERSON MEMORIAL AWARD in the LS&TF is $500 for a desk top acrylic award. Designate the check for “Pete Anderson Award” and designate the recipient.
THE PDG F. X. “PANCHO” LUNA FELLOWSHIP in the LS&TF is $1,000 for the gold plaque. Designate the check for “Pancho Luna Fellowship” and designate the recipient.
THE HOWARD SNYDER AWARD in the LS&TF is for a $10,000 Contribution.
General Operating Account - Funds contributed as Memorials, Life Memberships, the William S. Harris Awards, 100% Contributions, and PDG F.X. “Pancho” Luna Fellowship all go into this account used for the Day to Day operations of the LS&TF
Bus Replacement Account - A restricted fund designated for the future replacement of the Vision Bus.
