Make it your Club tradition to achieve excellence every year
DISTRICT GOVERNOR’S 100% PRESIDENT AWARD
To qualify for this Award, the club President must have been reported to LCI on or before May 31, 2018 and must meet all the following requirements during 2018-2019.
1. The club president has furthered and promoted the 2- X1 District Governor’s Goals for 2018-2019, the objectives of LCI and adhered to Lions Clubs International constitution, by-laws and policies.
2. The club has no unpaid balance over $50.00 and over 30 days owed to LCI, State, or 2-X1 District as of March 28, 2019.
3. The club paid all 100% Club Contributions.
4. The club has reported a net growth of at least 1 or sponsored a new Lions Club or branch club by June 30,2019
5. The club officers (president, secretary, treasurer, membership chair) have attended their officer training session (L.U. or online) by October 31, 2018 and reported that to the cabinet secretary.
6. The club has filed all required forms on time; MMR and SAR for each month, Club Officers Report (PU-101) by May 15th, 2019 and IRS 990.
7. New members in the Club were properly inducted, orientated and involved in service activities and/or committee work.
8. Complete at least 5 of the following 12:
1. Sponsor a new member to your club.
2. Attend 3 Zone Meetings (may have a substitute
other than secretary at one zone meeting).
3. Attend 3 Executive Council Meetings (one substitute
other than Secretary)
4. Attend 3 Cabinet Meetings. (1 substitute other
than secretary).
5. Attend Texas Lions Leadership Forum.
6. Attend District 2-X1 Convention.
7. Attend MD2 State Convention.
