Club's 100% Contribution - is $2 per member based on July 1 membership. Designate the check for 100% contribution. Your Club’s contribution is deposited in the General Operating Account of the JCHLYC.
Memorials may be in any amount. Indicate the recipient and to whom the acknowledgement should be sent.
Life Membership is $125 per individual, Plaque is included. Designate the Recipient.
Jack Harris Fellowship: $1000.00
Jimmy Thompson Fellowship: $1000.00
Funds contributed as “Memorials” or “Life Memberships” are deposited into the Trust Fund Account of JCHLYC, which is a restrictive fund.
The Endowment Funds are restrictive and the principal cannot be used. Only the interest can be used in the operation of the Foundation.
