The of the Lions Sight & Tissue Foundation of District 2-X1 is proud to announce the Ninth Annual
Howard Snyder Golf Tournament
The tournament will be held at the Los Rios Country Club on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. The address is 1700 Country Club Drive in Plano. The format will be a Florida Scramble with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. You can register as a team or we can assign you to a team.
Registration, the putting green, and the driving range will be open at 7:00 a.m. Following the tournament there will be a Bar-B-Que brisket buffet with complimentary tea and water. There will be door prizes during the meal, and the Awards Ceremony will be held after the meal. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams; as well as for longest drive, closest to the pin, and last place. There will also be an award for a hole-in-one. A silent auction will be held during the meal and Awards Ceremony.
The cost per player of $75 includes range balls, green fee, cart, prizes, and lunch. Please mail the completed form to Lions Sight & Tissue Foundation, P.O. Box 191121, Dallas, TX 75219-8121. You may remit a check along with the form, go to our website and pay using PayPal, or bring a check the day of registration.
