The Soccer team had one of the most exciting seasons in many years as the varsi ty hooters fought their way to an 11-5-1 season. All the games were close; of the five defeats four were by one point.
The season was highlighted by the out standing showings of co-captains Kris Solt and Eric Lathrop and Coaches Award win ner Phil Reynolds. Solt was high scorer of the year with twenty six goals, while the defense of Reynolds and the versatility of Lathrop backed him up.
Although the team lost a heartbreaker in the State Finals to Princeton, Coach Howard Freeman stated, “ The season was one of the most successful and rewarding for me.”
