Displaying energy, stamina, and speed, the Varsi ty Swim team posted a 9-3 record, finished third in the State meet, and remained one of our domi nant teams. Captain Dave Rogerson explained, “ Although our team was small and had little depth, we all worked hard and performed well in the meets.’’ Not only did the team swim swiftly and dive gracefully, but also broke previous records. For the second consecutive year, Rogerson broke his diving record with 213.75 points. Other records were broken by Zoltan Zabo and Brian Ward. Coach Evan Peterson is optimistic that next year’s team will be able to achieve the same success as this year’s.
