After struggling last year to win a game, the girl's Varsity Basketball team achieved their goal this year more than once. As they dribbled and shot the team never lost its determination. In the be­ ginning of the season Coach Douglas O'Brien polished their techniques and taught them new ones. Captain Michele MacMahon stated, “ It was a lot of hard work learning the skills over again, but everyone mastered them quickly.” Because of this year’s tremendous improvement the team believes that next year’s will be fantastic.
