The Rams completed a magnificent season with a perfect 8- record this fall. A high-pow ered offense featuring Nick Bissell, backs Andrew Wyman and Jason Williamson, and receivers Todd Mele and Christian Carroil pro vided difficulties for any opponent. Evidence of how strong the Rams were to become surfaced in a thriiling 21-20 win at Morristown-Beard. Mele and lovino combined to stop a two point conversion in the waning moments o f the game to preserve the victory.
In the next game the Rams defeated Prince ton Day by a score of 19-7 on Homecoming to avenge a tough loss the previous year. After
victories over Gould, McCorkle, and Sussex Vo-Tech, the Rams secured a perfect season at North Warren with a 21-0 win. Bissell threw scoring strikes to Mele and Carroll, and Williamson ran for a 43 yard touchdown. Brian Kostes kicked all three placements to finish with 28 of 31 F.A.T. kicks and one field goal.
The defense was led all year by lineman Matt McCall, Manuj Shah, and Lee lovino, lineback ers Todd Mele, Andrew Wyman, and Lorin Cone, and backs Christian Carroll and Jason Williamson. Bissell threw twenty-three touch down passes and for over 1800 yards.
