 Acknowledgments
As Advisor to the Maroon and Gold, it is my pleasant - express thanks to the many individuals who have contrP "-d the 1972 yearbook.
Without question the person who is more responsible ■la any other single individual for the success of this publication is our editor, Marc Kornblatt. It was through his efforts that deadlines were met; it was because of his creativity that sensible changes were made in the format of the book. For these and many other reasons he has contributed to a better Maroon and Gold, and we thank him many times over.
My task as Advisor was made infinitely easier through the help of Mrs. Timberlake and Wayne Wallack. The former gave of both her time and her home to the yearbook for every meeting. The latter did a superb job of getting advertisements and in making useful suggestions which have enhanced this publication.
Mr. Fred Olson, the yearbook publisher, again was a constant source of friendly guidance and assistance, while Mr. Max Munzel contributed a great deal by supervising photography. His advice and artistic talents were greatly appreciated. Jack Cassell, Pho tography Editor, did a fine job and was ably assisted by Roger Lyon, Jr. and Tom Ostberg.
Business Manager Bob Filenbaum undertook the job of getting patrons and without his willing assistance this book would never have been published.
No yearbook would be complete without art work and Del Bach and David Price, Jr. will be sorely missed next year both because of their willingness to contribute and the high standard of their work.
It also gives me pleasure to thank Mrs. Mildred Little and Mr. Harold Breene for allowing the interruption of schedules in order to take group photographs.
Finally, there is the Headmaster, along with parents, patrons and advertisers, whose combined contributions have made the 1972 Maroon and Gold.
