Seniors Recognize Two Faculty Members
Mr. Alexander McDougall
Mr. Joseph A. Nolan
Though the dedication has been made, the seniors realize that they have been influenced by more than one teacher as they have gone through their school years. For this reason, the class recognizes two other teachers who have meant something special to the class.
As eighth graders, their class was the first to have Mr. Alexander McDougall when he came to Wardlaw from across the sea. He taught them again when they were in tenth grade. As long as he has been at Wardlaw, Mr. McDougall has been personally involved with the Class of 1972, either as an English teacher or as an advisor.
Mr. Joseph Nolan taught Latin to some of this year’s seniors when they were eighth and ninth graders. He took on the role of English teacher when they were juniors. Eew will forget the raucous poetry sessions they had with their teacher and friend Mr. Nolan. We thank you both.
