The Beacon
Under the leadership of Editor- in-Chief Mark Keating, the Beacon has taken on a new look. In addition to reporting all the Wardlaw-Hart- ridge news, the Beacon has set aside page three of each issue to be devot­ ed to different themes, such as the holiday season and students’ views on religion. This section has been in­ troduced to draw the student body closer together by showing how much the students have in common. A touch of humor and wit was al­ ways present in the sports column entitled “The Outlaws,” which was written by Sports Editors Ralph Conti and Mitchell Reider. Mr. Ro­ bert Paoli, the faculty advisor, com­ mented, “We try to publicize what our students are doing and what our school is doing. Hopefully we are able to entertain everyone as well.”
