The Student Council has worked toward two main goals this year. One goal was to raise school spirit and to unify the school. The second goal was the rewriting of the school constitution. To raise spirit, the Student Council held such events as Color Day, Spirit Day and Carnation Day. A pep rally was also held on the eve of the Homecoming. The Student Court was responsible for rewriting the constitu­ tion. Matt Albano, President of the Student Council, said that they felt that it was time to modernize the constitu­ tion. The Student Council worked vigorously to achieve these goals and evidence of their success was apparent in the success of events such as the Semi-Formal and Carna­ tion Day.
