The Library Aides are a group of people who devote some of their free time to helping the library work smoothly. They check and file books while learning much needed research skills. Through working in the library, they gain an intimate knowledge of the card catalogue, the reference materials, and other tools of the trade. “ The library aides are a big help in making things run nicely,” said Mrs. Le Fever.
