HEALTH
CAREERS CLUB
The Health Careers Club is not limited to prospec tive physicians. Students interested in related health fields are also very active in the club. Through the Health Careers Club, under the direction of Mrs. Theodora Napolitano, the students are exposed to the wide scope of careers available in the health field. This year, members of the club visited the REHABILITATION CENTER at the JFK MEDICAL CEN TER for Health Careers Day. The students were giv en an overview of the many services and careers in rehabilitation which ranged from physical therapy to dietetics. Students interested in nursing were able to participate in a nursing program.
Through these activities the students become bet ter acquainted with the many possibilities offered in this field.
