The Wardlaw-Hartridge Board of Trustees is a hard-working, involved group of people concern ed with the running of the school. These people, chosen for their expertise as well as their influ ence, are responsible for maintaining the school’s standards. Their duties, which are vital to the continuation of the school, include fiscal management, fund raising, and overall supervi sion.
To further aid the school, last year the Board hired Mr. J. Peter Nestler as the Director of Development. At first Mr. Nestler’s only func tion was to raise funds. However, as Mr. Nestler became more involved, he began to take on other duties which put him in closer contact with the students. This year he has assumed the roles of Student Council advisor, Social Committee ad visor and head of Student Development. Be cause of much communication with the stu dents, he has become a link between the Board and the students. The result has been a more closely knit school.
