Country singer Tim McGraw once said, “We all take different paths in life; but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere.”
Think back on your time at Wardlaw-Hartridge whether as a ‘lifer” or if you joined the class in Upper School. During those years you have interacted with many people - students, staff, faculty, teammates, club members, and others - in
myriad situations. Some of these encounters have touched you deeply; some connections have only “nicked” your consciousness. But you have been affected by all of them. They have helped you learn and grow into the adults you are becoming.
For a time we have walked the same path together. But now you are leaving to find your own direction. Never fear, though. You will be taking with you more than just your diploma after graduation. You also will have an invaluable aggregate of learning - academic, social, and emotional. May this legacy from W-Hserveyouwellonyourjourney. Useittocontinueonyourpath, knowing, too, that your impact stays here with us in Edison. We look forward to hearing where your new path takes you.
I will miss all of you. All my best,
