The Reception to Miss Hartridge
N T H E evening of December the eighth, the Faculty, Alumnae, and Parents’ xAssociation gave a reception to Miss Hartridge in honor of her twenty-fifth year in Plainfield. In
commemoration of this anniversary, she was presented with a beautiful silver tea service.
The guests were received by Miss Hartridge, Miss Map- elsden. Miss Wells, Mrs. Horace Stevens, President of the Parents’ Association, and Miss Peggy Thomas, President of
the Alumnae.
It was readily seen by the great number who attended in spite of unpleasant weather, that everyone welcomed the op
portunity to congratulate Miss Hartridge upon her twenty-five successful years as Head of our school.
