The 1992-93 season was one of many highlights. The Rams finished with a 12-2 record which included wins over rivals Rutgers Prep, Pennington, and Montclair-Rimberly as well as nine other bug wins! The Mew Jersey Prep Conference Cham pionships proved to be an exciting meet again this year with the Rams moving up to fourth place.
Captains this year were seniors Dan Cone and Amanda Verba along with junior Mike Sidun. These three provided strong leadership to the Ram squad of twenty-six swimmers.
At the State Championships the Rams saw the benefits of 174
hard work pay off. The Girls' squad moved up to a four place finish in the "B " Division led by Tamar Poliak, Aman Verba, Micole Samartine, and Ellen Wilson.
In the boys' State Meet senior Dan Cone led W-H perforir ers by coming up with two individual third place finishesi the 100 and 200 meter freestyle events. Mike Sidun also a an impressive meet along with seniors Dave Slurzbergan Tim Evans on the relay teams. The Ram boys' team prove be the top of the field as they captured the Indepen c School ”B" Division Championship!
