Wardlaw Salutes Dedication
Mrs. Edith F. Thomas
Nine years ago, Mrs. Edith F. Thomas taught four members of this year’s senior class: Gil Childers, Glen Hale, Jim Reynolds, and Wayne Wallack. Their graduation will be marked by the retirement of one of the most dedicated teachers Wardlaw has ever had.
Mrs. Thomas started teaching at Wardlaw in 1944 and over the years has seen many changes in the world of education. But, she has remained faithful to the teacher's most important responsibility — dedication.
The whole student body joins in thanking her for all those years in the classroom and wishes her well for a long and happy retirement.
