Acknowledgments
As Editor of Maroon and Gold, I would like to thank all of the in dividuals who have: helped to make the production of this year’s book possible.
Mr. Alex McDougall and Mrs. Julie Timberlake donated a great deal of time and effort in helping me meet (leadlines and consulting with me about a great many decisions.
Mr. Joseph DeMaio, the yearbook publisher, was a great asset to our staff in helping us produce this yearbook. Joe Abrams, Tom Dwyer, Glenn Galton, Mark Kaplan, Rick Napolitano, and Corky Powell proved their potential as future members of an editorial board with their hard work.
Photography is one of the most important parts of any yearbook. Mr. Phil Berkebile gave up a great deal of his personal time to shoot candids and sports pictures. The seniors are particularly indebted to him for his work both on their formal and candid pictures. Roger Lyon, as photography editor, used his talents to their fullest extent in taking pictures for this book.
Business Manager David Abrams and Advertising Manager Mark Siegel did an excellent job in getting advertisements and expanding the patrons' list.
Richard Connell used his artistic abilities in doing all of the artwork for the book.
I would like to thank Mr. Paul Troth and Mr. Harold Breene for their cooperation in allowing schedules to be interrupted in order to have pic tures taken.
Finally, I give my deepest appreciation to Mr. Home, the Board of Trustees, parents, patrons, and advertisers who have made the 1973 Maroon and Gold possible.
