If you see a sign in a neighborhood on a home you find interesting, give us a call! We will make certain you receive the information immediately and if you want to see the inside, we’re there!
If you see a “New” Home Subdivision that you would like to know more about, give us a call! Remember the builder is being represented by the agent in their model office. You need your own representative. That’s us. New home builders will negotiate better with realtors, we speak the same language!
If you are browsing the Internet and see a home listed, give us a call! Even the ones “For Sale By Owner”. Many FSBO’s have their listings priced well over the fair market value and you will need guidance. Many times they pay the fee to deal with realtors and they won’t have to complete the paperwork. We have never seen a FSBO that was under-priced but know people who have overpaid for a FSBO house.
If you see an ad in the Post-Dispatch, Homes Magazine or any other publication for a home that sounds interesting, give us a call! We will arrange to take you through the house.
If you hear of a property that may be coming on the market, give us a call! We can gather information about the area and complete a market analysis to determine the fair market value.
