SAFETY
IES Communications recognizes that project productivity is directly related to safety performance. One accident or injury can cause schedule delays, cost increases and missed deadlines. More importantly, injuries to precious human assets are not acceptable
to IES, their families or to our customers. As part of the program, IES employees go through extensive safety training before starting work, along with project-speci c orientation at the job site.
QUALITY
It is the policy of IES to adhere to a management philosophy and operational method which recognizes safety and customer satisfaction as primary goals. We accomplish these goals by implementing effective processes, continious improvement and leadership, and promoting ethical employee behavior.
