Misbehaviors and their interventions are categorized by levels according to the degree of seriousness and frequency of occurrence. Each building may have additional guidelines for student behavioral expectations.​ ​We acknowledge that student conduct is closely related to learning. An effective educational program requires a safe and orderly school environment; and the effectiveness of the instructional program is, in part, reflected in the behavior of students. We require every student to adhere to Board policies and the rules and regulations put forth by the administration and to submit to disciplinary measures appropriately assigned for infraction of those rules. School rules and board policies will govern student conduct in school, at school-sponsored activities, and during the time spent in travel to and from school or any school-sponsored activity.
ALL CONCERNS ABOUT STUDENT CONDUCT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO YOUR CHILD’S TEACHER AND THEN, IF NECESSARY, TO THE PRINCIPAL OF THE SCHOOL.
