DESK STAFF

Our professionally trained staff can lend assistance for all your on-site needs.
Each staff member will be uniformed and work under the supervision of your
travel staff. Each of our staff members is focused on your participants’ needs
and will always act in a professional and courteous manner.

COST INCLUDES

Experience uniformed staff to provide any
of the following:

Local attraction information Special VIP services
Dine-around reservations Registration staff assistance

Restaurant suggestions and reservations Golf tee time reservations

STAFF ASSISTANCE
Uniformed Staff Assistance $45.00 per hour

(Based on a minimum of five consecutive hours of service)

Staff Parking $15.00 plus 7% sales tax per staff, per shift

UNIFORM

• Purple polo shirt
• Khaki pants, shorts or skirt
• Fully enclosed sneakers or loafers in white, black or brown
• Name Badge
• Purple Hello! Florida jacket (seasonal)

NOTES

• Staff can wear the client’s uniform or business attire if requested.
• ALL INCLUSIONS, PRICES AND POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL CONTRACTED.
