DINE AROUND
It’s difficult to talk about dine-arounds without first mentioning the scope of the work we’ve done. At Hello! Florida,
we’ve successfully transported and seated twenty different groups at twenty different restaurants in one night. Sound
daunting? It was. But with the right people, experience and expertise, we’ve managed to make companies like yours
look good, time and time again. There are more than a few important steps involved in planning a dine-around. At
Hello! Florida, we’re known for thinking of things like research, restaurant recommendations, site inspections,
confirmation (and reconfirmation) of reservations, menu and pricing approvals, advances, introductions and pay
procedures. It’s all part of what makes us the standard by which all other destination management companies are
measured.
RESERVATION SERVICES INCLUDE
• Research and recommendation of restaurants • Plan menus and negotiate pricing (where
based on extensive experience in South Florida applicable
• Site inspection to approve restaurants based on • Advance restaurants and make appropriate

• Confirm, re-confirm (and reconfirm) reservations • Coordinate client payment with restaurants

DINING COST(S)
RESERVATION/SERVICE FEE $15.00 PER PERSON, PLUS 7% SALES TAX
Based on a minimum of 10 guests per restaurant – client to pay restaurant directly

PER PERSON FEE A per person cost will be determined upon final restaurant selection
~OR~ Inclusive of transportation and staff
MANAGEMENT FEE Food & beverage charges will be based on actual restaurant charges plus a 20%
Hello! Florida management fee which is subject to 7% sales tax

$$$$ $81.00 and up per person
