when I was with Squire Sanders & Dempsey and continuing for at least two years after I retired from Rosenman, I had formalized that role, test- ing myself in a context outside of the conference room. It is to that role that I now turn, as I endeavor, in what I promise is my last word con- cerning law (yay!), to describe what it was like to be standing behind a lectern, teaching, or trying to teach, law students.
