He is very committed, disciplined and organized in his day-to-day activities and has delivered exceptional support to his Relationship Manager while maintaining a high level of credit quality and speed. Luca is a team player willing to assist his teammates as required. He is very well-liked by his clients and teammates. Luca delivers on our shared commitments each and every day.

Sarah is known for her ability to instil strong processes across her team and knows how to delivery results by engaging her OneTD partners. As a President’s Pick winner, Sarah was able to build a process that involved her AMSBs and our retail colleagues working together to deliver the Bank to our customers.

Only nine months into the role, Chris was challenged with carrying the entire unit credit portfolio due to a vacancy in the MCS position that lasted many months. Despite this, Chris’ hard work and upbeat attitude contributed to improved expired credit management and an improved employee experience. Chris is very conscious of the client experience. He is proactive in prioritizing opportunities and is always watchful for ways to simplify credit structures. The Unit’s improved LEI are partly due to Chris’ focus on the client.

Jocelyn had a remarkable year, funding 13 GNBs with authorized volumes of $26,858M (her portfolio saw a drawn loan volume increase > 50%) as well as working with clients who needed restructuring and assistance due to COVID-19. Working from home has meant a shift in hours for Jocelyn as she has two children under five years old and this resulted in many long evenings of underwriting.

In the face of a very challenging external environment, Nida and her team took the opportunity to both support our clients and colleagues by focusing on manual transaction migration. Not only did this improve the overall customer experience but also alleviated significant capacity constraints within the CBC. By leveraging newly adopted video conferencing and screen share capabilities, Nida and the team successfully increased their YoY CMS widget sales by 73%.
