Anthony Girouard

Anthony has the talent to be serious and just funny enough to put clients at ease. He is a strong team player and always shares his knowledge and expertise with his colleagues. He made several referrals and was recognized by peers in other departments as well. Anthony won a quarterly Summit Award by driving good results. 2020 was a challenging year but Anthony helped the cash management from our CBC reach the goal and finish 1st. Anthony always thinks like a customer and provides trusted advice.

Franco has performed consistently by meeting his goals and surpassing them in a much superior way. With his results he stands out clearly from the whole group, but it’s not just the numbers that make him stand out. He has an excellent quality of work. As for the support to our dealers and to the Sales Team, Franco constantly receives thanks and appreciation remarks for his help, his customer service and his dedication to find solutions that will satisfy all parties.
Rachael Gobind

Rachael transitioned quickly into her new role on the Dealer Credit Monitoring team and was tasked with monitoring one the most challenging portfolios on the team. Her portfolio included our highest risk sold out of trust (SOT), which she successfully helped to manage and reduce our exposure risk. This was a high touch file the entire year and was part of an internal audit review which passed with no material audit findings. She is a great asset to the DCM team and a deserving winner.
Brian Gordon

After 35 years, this was Brian’s last year prior to retirement and he is leaving at the top of his game. Brian is known as a strong coach who leads by example and inspires his teams to excel. This year the Vancouver Island team demonstrated exceptional results and Brian’s contributions will be truly missed!

John is a thoughtful and inclusive leader who, throughout the year, has transformed his team by building cross-functional capabilities supporting their development. He has innovated with purpose, executed to support our businesses, led with integrity and has been instrumental in driving change within CMS, CCSC, SBCC and BRRIT. He led initiatives that included building manager handbooks, improved Interlock reporting and data analytics while supporting scorecard development for CCSC/CMS and QC reporting improvements.
Al Goudreau

Al was intentional and focused on his goals for 2020. He excelled in all KPI metrics, achieving some of the best results ever seen in his territory. In a challenging environment with multiple redeployment requests Al was able to pivot and support other departments while continuing to deliver legendary service and posting excellent results. His commitment and passion for the role, the organization and his peers, is evident in every interaction. Al is viewed as an industry specialist and a valued consultant for his clients as seen in his strong LEI results.
