Kyla Rackley

In 2019 Kyla made the move from Ontario to Calgary to take over leadership of the credit management team on the Prairies. The team has benefited greatly from Kyla’s contributions of which there have been many. Kyla takes tremendous pride in the credits she adjudicates which are always of high quality and a pleasure to read. She has a calming presence which came in handy during a challenging year of balancing new business opportunities and a number of difficult restructurings in the oil field services space.
Guneet Raiwal
Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking | Fraser Valley, BC
Guneet had a strong year which included transitioning into the RM role in Abbotsford while ensuring deals
in process continued smoothly. She triaged two portfolios for eight months of the year and always maintained a positive outlook. Guneet is known for finding creative solutions for her clients and for her cheerful smile. We’ll miss Guneet while she is on maternity leave but look forward to 2022 when she rejoins the team.

Oscar’s dependability and commitment to excellence has been instrumental in our ability to react to numerous unplanned events with confidence. Gajendra Rathore
Area Manager, Small Business Banking | Brampton, ON
Gajendra continues to provide exceptional leadership to his high-performing district team as demonstrated with a return to Summit, winning a National SVP Pick. His success can be tied to strong collaborations with a significant COI network along with his ability to remain poised and calm when handling a significant volume of customer interactions. He is very focused on the customer experience with a YTD LEI score over 90 and employee experience with a very high TD Pulse result of 4.64. Well done Gajendra!
Stephen Reid
Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking | Richmond, BC
Stephen is a dedicated Business Banker who works closely with his OneTD partners to deliver the entire Bank to his customers. Highlights in 2020 included multiple referrals to our Wealth partners, funding of new large TDEF opportunities and increasing our presence and book of business with new customers in the Indigenous Banking segment. Stephen’s consistent high level of service to his customers resulted in a LEI score of 95 for his own team.
Sarah Reyes
Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking | Markham, ON
A stalwart Business Banker, Sarah had a remarkable first full year as an RM, exceeding expectations in F2020. Sarah has been able to tackle more and more complicated problems, and as a result, she was successful in closing sizably complex transactions this past year. She’s earned the confidence of her team in the office, and her knack for connecting with people has shown strong results in LEI where she is consistently among the top performers.
