“I want to better understand what chemicals you and I are exposed to everyday. I work on the development and application of novel passive sampling silicone wristbands which measure personal chemical exposure to organic chemicals. These wristbands are easy-to-use, inexpensive chemical samplers that have now been deployed in over ten countries and worn by over 2,000 people. My work in Dr. Kim Anderson’s laboratory is helping remove the mystery around personal chemical exposure and is helping researchers investigate the health implications associated with
chemical exposure.”
