By supporting ARCS Foundation you make a difference to a
PhD candidate, and you positively impact university research and the wider society. Faculty members from our academic partners select the PhD candidates. Scholars must be U.S. citizens, maintain a 3.5 GPA, be enrolled full time and show exceptional promise.
