Line 106 – Diligent Boards - This increase reflects the actual annual fee for this service plus the potential
of adding another person and/or another book.
Line 142 – Total Operating Expenses – This 7% increase includes several one-time expenses. Not including those, the increase is closer to 4.6%.
Malcolm suggested that AI is likely to change the way we do our work. We should consider the need for additional technology in the budget. While it may be premature to put a value in the 2024 budget, it should be recommended to the Board in consideration of the budget, that Bobby have the latitude to invest in AI in 2024 as warranted.
The Committee approved the recommendation of the budget to the Board of Directors. 4. Other matters
There were no other matters arising.
