April 28, 2022 Dear Sharon:
May Report 2022
Florida Atlantic University report
On behalf of Florida Atlantic University Foundation, Inc. (FAUF), and the Office of First-Generation Student Success, attached is the report of institutional commitment in the form of support of staff costs and demonstration of match from January 1 – April 15, 2022 for the Johnson Transfer Scholarship Program. Please note, there is a slight deviation in our reporting numbers due to the later start date of early January 2022.
Florida Atlantic University is grateful for your support, generosity, and partnership on this grant. As you know, this funding strengthens the success of first-generation transfer students who comprise a substantial percentage of our undergraduate student population. We aim to improve the academic progress and two-year graduation rate of this target student population, and we believe support from the Johnson Scholarship Foundation will help us achieve this goal.
We look forward to continuing our partnership and the opportunity to report the success of the Johnson Scholarship Foundation’s investment in our next report. Should you have any questions regarding these documents, please do not hesitate to contact me.
