2) Investment Committee minutes
Dick noted the excellent minutes written by Hugh.
3) Standard monthly reports
The balance sheet is produced directly from QuickBooks.
The historic returns are still generated from an Excel spreadsheet. That will remain the practice until the new Financial Controller is in place and can consider whether or not to make any changes.
Prime Buchholz generates the report on the investments. Balance stands at $245,397,799 as of February 28, 2023.
G. Ratification of all Committee actions
The Board unanimously ratified all Committee actions taken.
8. Upcoming meetings
A. Fall 2023 meeting – Tuesday, September 12
As discussed in the Grant Program Committee meeting, plans are to visit Providence St. Mel School in Chicago.
B. Spring 2024 meeting – March 19, 2024 - tbd
There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:18 a.m.
