Data Analysis
After the interviews were conducted, audio recordings were transcribed and verified. The research team then coded and analyzed the transcripts, developing a list of 20 codes and their definitions. At least two members of the research team then re-read all of the transcripts and applied the codes using a data management system (Dedoose). This data management system allowed the team to review data across coded excerpts in order to identify common themes (Miles et al., 2019).
