PROGRAM AND END NOTES
• Landmark College
President Peter Eden recently shared news of his impending departure from Landmark in an email:
FYI, after 13 years at Landmark College, I am moving on to be president at a nearby university. The place I am going to needs a turnaround (like LC years ago!), is best for my family as my kids don’t need to change schools, as they near high school/college age, etc. But mostly, Landmark is in such a strong position that it is, simply, the right time to transition.
One reason why the College is doing so well, when other small institutions in New England are struggling, is because of the support of people like YOU and foundations like JSF. Thank you so much.
Everything we are doing, we planned to do, and will do in the areas you support will move forward. Nothing will be changed as LC has a one-year interim president and then hires a good permanent leader. We will not mess around with the successful strategic plan.
• Mount Allison University
Their report on the Global Skills Opportunity grant is attached.
• SUNY Ulster
Bobby, David and Lisa visited SUNY Ulster last month. (see report attached)
