JSF - Memo to Directors and Consultants Reschedule March 2026 meetings
I’d like to ask the Directors and Consultants to consider rescheduling the March 2026 meetings in Atlanta.
Current schedule: Grant Program Committee Board Meeting
Proposed reschedule: Grant Program Committee Board Meeting
Sunday, March 15, 2026 Tuesday, March 17, 2026
Sunday, April 19, 2026 Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Malcolm has a travel opportunity that conflicts with the current scheduling. We have confirmed with The Bedford School, and they are happy to accommodate this change and can host our site visit on Monday, April 20, 2026. We are confident we can find hotel accommodations for the April 2026 dates.
JSF has a persistent and important practice of honoring committed dates. That said, our Board Chair would be grateful for this one-time accommodation. I enthusiastically support the proposed reschedule accommodation as a token of our appreciation of his 20+ years of faithful service.
I will send an email on April 30, 2025 to poll Directors and Consultants for their availability to the proposed reschedule dates. In September, the GPC and Board will be asked to officially reschedule.
