After the Grant Program Committee and Board Meetings in Spokane, an optional site visit to Heritage University was planned for Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Heritage University is a growing campus located in rural Toppenish, Washington, a three-hour ride from Spokane. In addition to the main campus, the university operates at two other locations across the state on the campuses of Columbia Basin College, Tri-Cities and Yakima Valley Community College, Yakima.
