COMPENSATION COMMITTEE MINUTES (DRAFT)
September 8, 2024
Members Present: I. King Jordan, Chair; Bea Awoniyi, Mike Miller (virtually), Angelique Albert, and Sherry Salway Black.
The meeting was called to order at 2:37 pm.
1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the March 17, 2024 meeting were approved as circulated.
2. Business arising from the minutes.
There was no business arising from the minutes.
3. Updated health insurance costs
Updated 2024 premiums were provided by staff that included costs for new staff, Lisa Loomis and revised costs for Tommy Pence.
4. The Committee approved the new and revised costs.
5. Other Business
There was no other business.
The Committee chair noted that he would not be at the board meeting on 9/10. The Recording secretary will make the committee report.
The next scheduled meetings:
Saturday, December 7 in Palm Beach, Florida. Meeting adjourned at 2:42 p.m.
