• Panel on “Top Technology Trends in Philanthrophy” with Autumn Patterson, IT Strategy & Solutions Manager, Northwest Area Foundation; Arun Baheti, Vice President of Operations, The California Wellness Foundation; John Mohr, Chief Information Officer, MacArthur Foundation moderated by William Moon, Chief Financial Officer, Carnegie Corporation of New York; Caitlin Schruyver, FFOG Survey Thought Leader.
• Panel on “Managing to Your Foundation’s Spending Policies” presented by Tie Kim, Chief Financial Officer, The California HealthCare Foundation; Katherine Tetrault, Vice President of Finance and Grants Management, The Annie E. Casey Foundation; Matt Aguiar, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, The Christensen Fund; moderated by Aden Bliss, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, The Ford Family Foundation.
• “Leading a Private Foundation During a Pandemic” was presented by John Palfrey, President and Kenneth M. Jones, II Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
• Legislative Update was presented by Sara Barba, Vice President, Integer moderated by Aden Bliss, Chief Financial & Operating Officer, The Ford Family Foundation.
• “Mental, Emotional, and Social Wellbeing @ Work” was presented by Cory Smith, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Wisdom Labs and moderated by Beth Banks, Chief Financial Officer,& Treasurer, Laura & John Arnold Foundation.
On Thursday and Friday mornings when we have breakfast there are numerous tables seating 8 people with a discussion leader on various topics. I joined the table discussing Cyber Insurance. Bobby joined the table discussing Grants Systems.
