2026 Annual Scientific Meeting
Right of First Refusal
Companies listed in italics with “ROF” next to the sponsorship opportunity have the “Right of First Refusal” because of their
2025 sponsorship. But don’t let that deter you. If you are interested in an opportunity that was sponsored by another company
last year, call Linda Cullison, (847) 725-2291, and she will attempt to seek its release from the previous sponsor.
Previous sponsors have until January 16, 2026 to confirm their interest in supporting the same opportunities for 2026.

July 17, 2026 Product Theater Application deadline
July 17, 2026 Non-CME Corporate Forum Application deadline
August 7, 2026 Final Program Guide advertising space reservation deadline
August 7, 2026 Product Theater Description (including all confirmed speaker information) due
August 7, 2026 Final Non-CME Corporate Forum Description (including all confirmed speaker
information) due
August 21, 2026 Final Program Guide advertising artwork due
August 28, 2026 Final commitment deadline for 2026 Annual Meeting Branded sponsorships
August 28, 2026 Final commitment deadline for support of 2026 Annual Meeting Educational Programs
30 days upon receipt
of invoice Final payment of all educational and branded sponsorships due
Upon Receipt Fully executed Letter of Agreements due
If a company wishes to support a marketing-related sponsorship item, in or around ACAAI’s annual meeting venues that is not
featured in the Marketing Prospectus, it must be reviewed and approved by the College at least 60 days in advance of the
meeting. Any sponsorships not authorized by the College will be considered in violation of our policies and the sponsorship
item(s) will be removed. Additionally, only ACAAI approved vendors are allowed to produce and install sponsorship items at
the Annual Meeting.
