IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Box Office Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Show Days: The Box Office is open at least 90 minutes before each performance. Patrons are admitted into the theater/hall approximately 30 minutes before
show time.
Parking: Free parking is available outside the Arts Center, located in Lot A and Lot J off of East Avenue. Please allow yourself extra time for parking.
Services for Patrons with Disabilities: Wheelchair locations and seating for those with disabilities are available in both Callahan Theater and Beston Hall; please see the house manager or an usher for assistance. An elevator is located near the Box Office in the Arts Center.
Services for Hard-of-Hearing or Deaf Patrons: Assisted listening devices are available for use in Callahan Theater and Beston Hall. Please contact an usher for assistance. Additionally, an American Sign Language interpreter is available upon request with at least one week advance notice. Please call 585-389-2170.
Give-A-Lift: Free transportation is available to adults 55+ living in Monroe County who are no longer able to drive (subscription series only). Rides are coordinated through Lifespan of Greater Rochester. Please contact our box office manager for more details: 585-389-2172.
Concessions: Light snacks and beverages are available for purchase prior to and during intermission for performances in both the Arts Center and Glazer Music Performance Center (not including theatre/dance productions). Cash only.
Electronic Devices: While pre-show social media engagement is encouraged, the use of cellphones and recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.
