GRID PRODUCTS TOP LOADING CHARGES AND MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
• A $25 00/mlf up-charge will apply for grid top loaded at L’Anse or Meridian in quantities equaling less than full pallet
• A $6 00/mlf up-charge will apply for grid top loaded at L’Anse or Meridian in quantities equaling a pallet or more
Quantities exceeding 4 pallets must be shipped direct from Ellenton grid accessories plant
Elite, Aluminum Cap, Colors: 10 cartons max per product per shipment
Return Policy
• We honor a 60-day return policy from the date of original shipment Contact Customer Service to begin the process for a return request Customer is responsible for return freight charges and carrier selection
• Customer should package the returned goods with corner protection and stretch wrapping • Customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee
• Products must be in sellable condition and unopened
• RMAs are valid for 60 days upon the request data
• A and C items can be returned in any quantity
• D, DN, and Z items are not approved for return
• Credit is issued to the customer based off resalable cartons returned
