Gazelle Update Our Business Transformation Programme, Gazelle, continues at pace. The team has confirmed the solutions for Integrated Business Planning, Revenue Management & Reporting and are currently in the global design phase. To assist them in the process they have mobilised a number of subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the Group. The team has also welcomed a number of full-time secondments to the programme: Andy Turner (Sales Lead), Jason McMullan (Finance Lead), Ria Meredith (Supply Planning Lead) and Krystina McAuley, who will support the Business Improvement Managers in rolling out the implementation plan.
